With the group of friends that share my passion to Italy, we have our own tradition to gather together after the summer, enjoy some italian food, wine, and just have great time together. This year the get-together is in few weeks, and I thought it would be a nice idea to prepare some gnocchi then. The idea came from the experience that we shared in Anzio, which I also mentioned in my previous post that you can find here. One night in Anzio we were pampered by a real Italian who made this delicious gnocchi dish for us, so we thought it would be the perfect course for our Italian evening in Helsinki.
PS. In case there is some leftover just add some mozzarella to it, and put in the oven – perfect next day dinner and real cucina povero!
