In Naples you'll find a pizzeria from each corner, and each of those serve at least good, if not great, pizza. Though the pizza Marinara that I had in pizzeria Vesi was the best pizza I'd ever eaten at that point, the Margherita I ate when I was in Amalfi, almost made me cry! And for that I need to thank Pasticceria Pansa, who's waiter was friendly enough to reveal his secret to me. Otherwise I would have never found that place hidden from the main pedestrian street of Amalfi town.
This weekend I finally was brave enough to try out the Neapolitan style pizza also at home. And I must say that with my oven, and with these cooking skills, I'm pretty proud of myself ;)
